Astryx is an AI-powered script retention optimization tool. Our Service learns your writing voice from content you provide, analyzes scripts for viewer retention, and generates rewrite suggestions and retention forecasts.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
You may register using Google OAuth. By doing so, you authorize us to access basic profile information (name, email) as permitted by Google's terms.
The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

You retain all rights to the scripts and content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your scripts to train our models and we do not share your content with third parties.
The Service itself, including its code, design, algorithms, and branding, is owned by Astryx Lab and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service integrates with YouTube (via API), Stripe (payments), and Google (authentication). Use of these integrations is subject to each provider's respective terms of service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that retention predictions will be accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that scripts generated will perform in any particular way on YouTube or other platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astryx Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
